Calpol Expands Children’s Healthcare Range to Better Support Growing Families
From teething and fevers to the everyday bumps and sniffles that come with childhood, parents are constantly navigating new stages of care. This July, Calpol is introducing two new flavours, Berry Blaze and Orange, while expanding its age range to support infants from as young as one month old.
The launch will take place at MamaMagic 2026, South Africa’s leading parenting and baby expo, where Calpol is the Official Headline Sponsor from 3–5 July 2026 at the Gallagher Convention Centre.
The expanded range means Calpol now supports children from one month to 12 years of age, reflecting the full spectrum of stages and experiences that many families navigate as their children grow. Alongside the new age recommendation, the introduction of Berry Blaze and Orange flavours offers parents and caregivers more choice when managing common childhood ailments.
As South African parents’ no.1 children’s pain relief brand, Calpol provides fast and effective relief from pain and fever, starts working on fever in as little as 15 minutes and is gentle on little tummies. It can be used to help relieve symptoms associated with fever, teething, toothache, sore throat and headaches.
“MamaMagic brings together parents, caregivers and experts from across South Africa, making it the ideal platform to introduce these latest additions to the Calpol range,” said Irvin Hendricks, Senior Brand Manager. “We know that every stage of childhood brings different challenges and needs. By extending our age range to include infants from one month old, we’re able to support families even earlier, while continuing to provide the trusted relief parents have relied on for years.”
As the Official Headline Sponsor, Calpol will have a strong presence throughout the event, giving visitors the opportunity to learn more about the expanded range, engage with the brand and access practical information and advice.
Parents attending MamaMagic are encouraged to visit the Calpol stand to discover the new flavours, learn more about the expanded age range and connect with the team behind one of South Africa’s most trusted children’s pain and fever relief brands.
